By placing an order on this site, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Information All prints are made to order using museum-quality materials. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind, hand-painted works, sold as described on each listing. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

2. Payment All payments are processed securely at checkout. Prices are listed in USD.

3. Shipping Prints ship via standard carriers, with rates and tracking (when available) calculated at checkout. Original paintings ship free within the U.S., packed with care and insured. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. Returns & Cancellations All sales are final. Because prints are made on demand and original paintings are one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed. If your order arrives damaged, please contact anyacherriceart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description.

5. Intellectual Property All artwork and content are the property of Anya Cherrice and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
