POLICY on RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS?
- Unfortunately do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
- I do my utmost to ensure that your prints and originals are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact me and we'll work out a solution! You've got to have your art!
SHIPPING
- Prints are shipped from a trusted, and verified 3rd party vendor. Original paintings are shipped from business address.
- All prints arrived rolled. It saves you shipping costs and is better for the environment. When you received the print, place a heavy object (e.g. a few thick books on the print for a few hours). Pro-tip, place some parchment paper between the books and the print if you're worried about transfer. I can assure that the print will lay flat and once you frame it you won't even notice that it arrived rolled.
TIMELINES
- Art prints are made to order. Please allow for 7-10 business days before you can expect tracking.
- Original paintings can take some time to package effectively. Please allow for 5-7 business days before you can expect tracking.
